Meta Cricket League — Redefining P2E and The Gaming Realm

So gaming is something that I thoroughly enjoy, and it is an incredibly fun thing to do. Despite being something that does not help in gaining revenue, it is an excellent way to pass the time. Well, there is one particular type of gaming that actually allows you to make revenue. However, the chances of losing money are also significantly heightened. These are basically play-to-earn games that involve the use of cash in order to play games like online poker or rummy to make a decent if not moderate return. This particular type of gaming has massive issues given that not only do people end up losing a lot of money they also get addicted to something that is so heavily reliant on luck. One has to also consider that luck is not always on your side and is as fickle as the wind. This might also end up affecting the overall purpose of the entire segment of P2E gaming. Thus this domain or this concept was quite risky until quite recently.

The world has now been introduced to something revolutionary, and unlike its predecessors, this can actually be called an investment. The reason for this is because of the revival of the P2E domain with NFT games. NFTs are basically Non-Fungible tokens, and they are one of a kind and their value depends on rarity, demand, and exclusivity. Most of these games have different kinds of earning mechanisms where the characters, the items, and the in-game objects are all basically NFTs and can be traded for better ones, or can even be leveled up to increase the overall value of the NFT. So thus began the growth of a different domain of gaming, or to be precise, a domain that was once dependent on luck is now more reliant on skill and also becomes a key player in the future that awaits the world.

Meta Cricket League

So being an Indian, how can I not enjoy cricket? Whether it is a technique Virat uses to place his shots in the right place or the style with which Hardik ends an innings. It was during this time that these NFT games got popular and I was still reading about them, unable to make up my mind if they could be invested in or not. So after a good deal of thinking and researching, I invested in the only reasonable game that I found which is the MCL(Meta Cricket League). This is an actual cricket game, but the players are quite funky and modern. Most of all, the interesting fact is that these NFTs can be leveled up and so can the signed bats. Not to mention these player NFTs can be leveled up by finding similar upgrade cards that could be received in the loot box as one plays and wins.

This is but one of the benefits.

MCL is the first of its kind. Given that there are several different types of NFT gaming, MCL will always remain the first cricket game to be played in the Metaverse. The concept is simple: all you need is to win against a player and avoid getting out because you would get minus 6 runs if you got out. So now coming to how people actually make money on the game. The user needs to get a pair of NFTs; a batsman and a bowler each. there were also these tournaments that are different from time to time and the winner would receive JT points from the overall prize pool. This is one solid and sensible way to make a reasonable return on the investment being made but is also an exceptional way to enable new users to play the game.

How to get started

On the Jump.trade NFT marketplace, the buying and selling process is fairly straightforward. All you have to do is use any of the payment methods specified to load up your wallet with the required cryptocurrency or the purchase can be made with UPI as well. The NFT of your choice can be purchased, and the Guardian wallet will hold it. The Meta Cricket League is something you are eligible to participate in as long as you have two NFTs. The game is very similar to the cricket game you are already familiar with. You must strike the ball while paying attention to time and accuracy. Singles, doubles, fours, and sixes can all be scored. This not only makes people understand that this is not a game of luck, but also unlike other P2E games and one has to be well-versed in order to play the game. There are also different player NFTs like epic, legendary, rookie, rare, and so on, and even bats. This creates the exclusivity factor.

You receive JT points for each run that you score. You receive money expressed in USD for each point you receive. For every shot you make and every wicket you lose, you receive positive and negative points, respectively. The whitepaper is accessible on the official Jump.trade MCL website has more information on each subject. The details of the reward fiat currency for each point earned are also provided in the whitepaper. With all this being taken into consideration, NFT games are actually something that will become quite prominent and prevalent over the course of the next few years. MCL is but one good example of a well-executed P2E NFT game and while the graphics are slightly lower, it does get better and better with the updates. As of now, the game is only available on Android and Windows but it might soon be available on all platforms.

Conclusion

MCL is an incredible game that allows its users to make money as they win. In addition to that, I can make use of the NFT marketplace called Jump.trade to buy or sell my cricket NFTs. I’ve been an avid player for the past few weeks, but the level of my earnings has certainly gone up and so has the overall revenue gained by playing the game. The game is incredible and the team behind it is even more so. They provide constant updates and even deal with a few unavoidable bots and bugs diligently. NFTs are the future of the world and to be able to take part in something this amazing even in the smallest way is incredible
