It’s funny how people don’t realise the power of the tongue. Take for instance, the common social media phrase that we all have said, at one point or another, “Life is short”. Saying and repeating that endangers you without your knowledge. You’re caressing untimely death by saying that. The funny thing is, on our birthdays, we wish ourselves “long life”, so you can see the irony. Why not say since “life is short”, then “short life”.
